I ensure the tools we use to measure the satisfaction of our customers, both internal and external, provide the maximum possible value and continue to establish Kemper as an industry leader. I use data and analytics to deliver a clear and concise message to our leadership about what our customers and agents are saying, how to build stronger relationships, increase loyalty and improve satisfaction while ensuring we recognize our employees who make it all possible.
